It is a long weekend of self-care on a deeper level.
Dr Maxine Stead has devised a programme to help you overhaul your life by providing you with the knowledge, impetus and inspiration for positive life changes.
Understand more about the mind and body connection and how you have so much power to change and take back control and to not let fear and stress take over your life.
This retreat includes 6 x 90 minute sessions and each session will include some quiet meditation to settle your mind, followed by a discussion about a specific topic relating to mental and emotional health.
The sessions will include practical tips that you can incorporate into your life. The aim is to give you the knowledge and tools to create a more peaceful life.
